begins in April and runs through November. Lake Erie walleye in the
3-6 pound class are common. Trophy size walleye 6-10 pounds are taken
regularly. The best fishing times for Fish Ohio walleye
(28"+)
is in early spring or fall. We start the season in April, fishing
around Lake Erie's natural reefs and the Maumee Bay in the Western Basin.
Here huge numbers of walleye come to spawn and will move east as the season
progresses. This is why we use 3 different marinas throughout the
fishing season - to always keep our charter customers near the best bite!
